The lifestyle sports retailer needed an eCommerce platform capable of supporting both its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) operations. Challenges included:

1. Created an RFP process to evaluate eCommerce technologies, assisting in scoring and selecting the best-fit platform, SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris).
2. Defined a strategic eCommerce roadmap, prioritizing the re-platforming and redesign of the D2C site, followed by the B2B portal.
3. Implemented innovative features in the D2C experience:
• Pickup in-store and ship-from-store capabilities.
• Product configuration for custom and prescription-based products.
4. Re-engineered the B2B portal to migrate ordering processes online, replacing costly manual workflows.
